The Haudenosaunee Thanksgiving Address
The Haudenosaunee (known as the Iroquois Confederacy in French or as Six Nations in English) begin every gathering by offering greetings and thanks to all the elements of life that sustain us. This ritual brings everyone into the space with a good mind, ready to listen and learn. These words are their gift to the world. Gratitude and thanksgiving are the elixirs of an abundant and happy life and they teach us that receiving and giving are the same. Join us as we honor the Haudenosaunee Thanksgiving Address known as The Words That Come Before All Else.
OUR SERVICES ARE HELD ON SUNDAYS AT 10:00am, with our doors opening at 09:30 am. Our church is located at 87738 U.S. Highway 101 in Florence, Oregon. We’re on the corner of Highway 101 and Heceta Beach Road. Dress is always casual! Hope to see you there soon!
